Today I came across a rather interesting article from the Quarterly Journal of Speech (Feb 2012), which explores the Jewish Museum in Berlin through Michel Foucault’s concept of "heterotopias".

"Announced in December 1988, the competition brief instructed architects to design an addition that fit with the existing museum and the surrounding neighborhood, while also addressing the expulsion and murder of Berlin Jews during the Third Reich through the architecture’s symbolism."
